Ingredients
125g of flour .
2 eggs.
250 mL of milk.
50g of butter .
15g of sugar .
1 pinch of salt.
1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
-First, I pour 125g of flour in a bowl.
-Add break 2 eggs and I put them in the bowl.
-Then, I add 250 mL of milk.
-After that, I add 50g of butter.
-Later, I add 15g of sugar.
-Next, I add a pinch of salt.
-Later on, I mix all the previous ingredients in the bowl until the dough is ready to be poured in the friying pan.
- Then, I spread one tablespoon of butter all over the pan.
- Finally but not least, I pour the dough in the friying pan. I flip the crepes until they are ready to eat.
