Crepe with banana, chocolate and kiwis

 

Ingredients:

-         125 grams of flour                           -    5 grams of sugar     

-         2 eggs                                                   -     1 pinch of salt

-         250 ml of milk                                     -     1 teaspoon of butter to grease the pan

-         50 grams of butter       

 

Instrucctions:

 

1.                   First, melt the butter it in the microwave for 30 or 40 seconds.

 

2.                  Second, put in a glass and whisk the liquid ingredients: milk, butter and eggs. Put the flour, sugar and salt. Stir all the ingredients.

 

 

3.                  Then, put a teaspoon of butter and heat the pan.

 

 

4.                  Next, spread the butter it well throughout the pan and repeat it as many time as you need.                                                      

 

 

 

 

5.                  Finally, the crepes are ready!!
