Pasta a la carbonara with cheese        

                                


 Ingredients

 

 1 garlic                         Water

 120 g bacon                    Oil

 200 ml skin                      Salt

 1 spoon of butter

 1 cheese punche

 

 

Instructions :

1 . First , pour water into pan and let boil over médium heat for 8 to 10 minutes .

2 . Second , you putt he spaghetti in the pan and let them boil over médium heat for 10 minutes .

3 . Then , drain the spaghetti .

4 . After that  take , a fryning pan , add a Little of oil with a clove of garlic and fry it .

5 . Later , add the bacon and cream and leave it for 2 minutes until everything is mixed add a tablespoon of butter and pincho of  salt  mix everything . Ley it rest for 5 minutes .

6 . Next , you put the sauce in the pan where the spaghetti are , you mix everything over low heat .

7 . Finally ,you pu  the spaghetti on a plate and add Little of cheese to the people .
