COOKIES

 


Ingredients:

-150 grams of flour

-100 grams pure cocoa

-125 grams butter at room temperature

-1 egg

- 125 grams of sugar

 

Preparation:

-First, we beat the butter with the sugar until it becomes a cream

-Next, we add the egg and beat again

-After that, we lay out the entire dough on baking paper and cut with the mold

-And finally, We bake 180 degrees with the preheated oven for 10 minutes

 

Icing:

Sugar icing 100 grams and a teaspoon of water, mix well and decorate the cookies.
