Yogurt sponge cake

 


INGREDIENTS:

-     1 Natural yogurt                    - 375g flour

-     3 eggs                                    - a pinch of salt

-     250g sugar                             - half apple

-     125ml olive oil.                        -1 yeast packet

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

 First, spread the tray with butter.

Second, Put the oven at 175º -> heat up after start to whisk.

Then, whisk the eggs with the flour, yeast, yogurt, sugar, pour the olive oil and add a pinch of salt in a bowl.

Later, when all are whisked, chop the apple and put the slices in the mix.

After that, put it in the tray and then put it to bake for 40 minutes.

Finally, enjoy too much!
