chocolate chips cookies

 


INGREDIENTS:

-          One hundred and fifteen grams of butter at room temperatura.

-          One hundred grams of Brown sugar.

-          Seventy five grams of White sugar.

-          One egg at room temperatura.

-          One teaspoon vanilla sugar.

-          Two hundred twenty five grams of wheat flour.

-          One tablespoon of cornmeal.

-          One tablespoon of chemical yeast.

-          One pinch of salt.

-          One hundred grams of chocolate chips.

PREPARATION:

First mix the butter, Brown sugar and White sugar, then you have to add the egg and mix it. Next, you have to sift the wheat flour, the chemical yeast and a pinch of salt. Later, when everything is sifted you have to rerool it. Then add the chocolate chips, and put them in the fridge for one hour or ten minutes in the freezen. Finally  when they are ready, put them on a baking tray, and put them in the oven at one hundred and eight degrees, for eighteen minutes.
